Solaico has a modern factory for the production of photovoltaic solar panels.
Solaico has a versatile fully automated production line that allows the manufacturing of a range of different types of panels like 12 or 24 volt, the sizes 6" or 5" and mono or polycrystalline cells. Through the variety of our production line we are able to meet different customer needs of solar applications.
Solaico is continuously performing a quality check from the raw material through the manufacturing process as well as during the final product.
Because of that Solaico has a quality department that applies a routine to obtain excellent products. Additionally we have a laboratory equipped with a cell sorter, infrared cameras and a flash tester to analyse the electrical characteristics of each module manufactured.
Quality, durability and efficiency
The panels are manufactured with premium materials which are
all certified. In the manufacturing process the cells are encapsulated between two layers of EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) and in the back by a Tedlar which are both high quality components. We use prismatic crystals with 3.2mm or 4.0mm depending on the size of the panel. This crystals have a low iron content and a high resistance to external influences.
Because the efficiency of the cells used in the manufacturing process is greater than 16% we are able to produce high efficiency panels.
The panels are designed to provide high efficiency and are very durable to extreme conditions.
